What should I expect?
We are so happy you have found us! Talitha is a 6 month program, with the option to stay longer. We strive on being a small family-like recovery house. Upon your arrival you will be met by TK staff who will guide you through the intake process. From there we will start your individualized recovery plan. The first 30 days of your stay you will not be allowed to work or have access to your cell phone so your mind, body and spirit can learn to rest and reset.
What can I bring with me?
We ask that you bring the necessary items for your stay but please keep in mind space is limited. For this reason we ask that it be kept to a minimum. Items that are allowed include clothing, hygiene items, craft supplies, money, cell phone, etc.
Will I be able to make a phone call?
Of course! For the first 30 days you will not be allowed to have your cell phone. The house phone may be used for necessary calls using your phone passes.
Can I bring my car?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your vehicle. However, it is not needed the first 30 days of your stay with us.
Are visitors allowed?
Visitations are on Sundays. However, due to COVID-19, we are not allowing outside visitors inside the house at this time. Visitors are to remain outside and the deck can be used for visits at the facility. In time, you will have the opportunity for outside passes in which you may leave and have your visitations elsewhere.
